How to make zucchini and pancetta pasta
Peel the courgettes and cut them into strips
In a non-stick pan, melt the finely chopped onion

Finely chop half onion and brown it briefly in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
Wash the zucchini, tick them, cut them in half vertically and then into thin slices with a vegetable slicer (or by hand). Add the courgettes to the onion and reduce the heat. Continue cooking for ca. 10 minutes, stirring often enough, so that the zucchini gets dorino on both sides. Salt and add a sprinkling of pepper.
After the time has elapsed, add the bacon into cubes or strips and brown it together with the courgettes, always over low heat.
In the meantime, bring boil the water for the pasta, add salt and boil the pasta you prefer. I chose the zitoni (type of the smaller ziti).
